The House Education Committee will consider HB 839 tomorrow afternoon. The bill contains the controversial “intellectual freedom” survey opposed unanimously by the UFF Senate. Use the committee link above for their contact information, and urge a NO vote!

The next bargaining session between FUSA and the administration will be on 3/1 @ 9:30am, YSSB 309.
There will be two concurrent bargaining workshops slated immediately following the bargaining session. The workshops will focus on incorporating recent developments regarding the textbook affordability committee and academic reorganization, respectively, into contract language.
Faculty are welcome to attend all bargaining sessions. See you there!
